A Month Before My Stroke, My Body Started Warning Me. These Were the First Symptoms.

2. Unusual weakness on one side of the body

3. Strange memory lapses
In conversations, I found myself repeating the same sentence several times. Then, at the supermarket, I asked again for something I had already received. It was as if part of my brain had briefly switched off.

4. Unstable blood pressure
Normally very stable, my blood pressure began to fluctuate. One day very low, the next abnormally high. A clear imbalance that caught my attention, but one I didn’t immediately take seriously.

Fortunately, I Finally Reacted

I consulted a doctor. After examinations (CT scan, angiography, vascular tests), the diagnosis was made: I had experienced a mini-stroke. My brain was already suffering—in silence. I immediately started treatment, changed my lifestyle, and began exercising regularly.
