A Month Before My Stroke, My Body Started Warning Me. These Were the First Symptoms.

What to Remember

A stroke doesn’t always strike suddenly. There can be warning signs, sometimes very subtle. Pay attention if you experience:

  • unusual and persistent headaches,

  • sudden visual disturbances,

  • unexplained localized weakness,

  • strange memory lapses,

  • unstable blood pressure.

Don’t postpone. Consult a doctor. Ask for tests. Listen. This isn’t panic—it’s responsibility.

If someone you know shows these signs, encourage them not to ignore them.

Listening to your body says: “I hear you. You matter.”
And sometimes, that can make all the difference.
