200 g meat or fish boiled in water
1 tomato
1 wholegrain cracker
Dinner
½ kilo of carrots or peas or potatoes (boiled or steamed)
⚠️ Note: The vegetables and meat you cook should ideally be eaten without salt, garnished only with a drizzle of olive oil.
The 6th and 7th day are “free” days, so you may eat whatever you like—but be careful not to indulge in junk food, and try to avoid sugary or processed foods.
From the 8th day, you may repeat the same diet following the same pattern.
