Important Notes
Alcohol is forbidden throughout the entire duration of the diet.
After 5 days, you will definitely notice weight loss, which may even reach 2 kilos! After a break of two days, you can repeat this diet (you can repeat it up to 3 times in a row according to the cycle of 5 days + 2 days).
Once you finish your diet, continue to eat normally and healthily to avoid wasting your efforts, and make sure you exercise regularly.
However, Monday is the only day of the week when you must follow a “special” diet. This is what you should eat:
Breakfast
1 glass of fresh lemon juice diluted in water (unsweetened)
Lunch
1 apple, 1 wholegrain toast
Dinner
1 boiled egg
1 tomato
1 wholegrain cracker
✅ To succeed with this diet, you must follow it to the letter in order to get results and lose weight. You must not remove or replace any food with another.
If you improvise changes, it will not work. On the other hand, you can eat cooked foods either cold or warm.
