🍎 Apple Cake with Milk and Eggs

Instructions

  1. Prepare the apples
    Wash the apples, peel them if desired, remove the cores, and slice thinly or dice into small cubes.

  2. Make the egg mixture
    In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy. Add the milk and stir well.

  3. Dry ingredients
    In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Gradually add this to the wet mixture, stirring until smooth.

  4. Add apples
    Gently fold the apple pieces into the batter.

  5. Baking
    Grease a round or square baking dish and pour in the batter.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for 35–40 minutes, until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

  6. Serving
    Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar if desired. Delicious served with a spoonful of yogurt or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
